Our Family Tree

I originally started by compiling my own Heads family tree back in 2005. I thought with such an unusual surname it would prove a lot easier to research than some others.
My interest was a bit on and off mainly due to the demands of time, but it’s like any hobby, it only takes a small spark or breakthrough to re-ignite itself. My spark was when I discovered that in the 1881 census there were only 317 people with the surname Heads, how hard could it be?
The tree itself has now grown enormously and includes many more surnames than just Heads!

Have fun browsing it…

Apologies but these haven’t been updated since March 2008 (too time consuming!), please contact me if you would like a personal layout made.
